he main purpose of public libraries is to provide books, and they should not waste their limited resources and space on providing expensive hi-tech media such as computer software, videos and DVDs. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Traditionally, a
library
is a place where you can find as many
books
as possible to borrow and read. As technology is becoming part of our daily life government sector should promote it.
Moreover
, providing public libraries with costly digital equipment is a great step by the administration and I tend to disagree with the above statement. The
first
point of view is that everyone should know how to use digital resources. As the world is moving fast and to keep pace with it we should be able to get modernized.
Moreover
, administration providing high-budget accessories to public libraries will help every individual to practice the usage of digital equipment which mainly includes computers.
Moreover
, the senior citizen who comes
library
for reading must be excited to use modern technology.
For example
, In India, the Dehli
library
swaps half of their book racks with hi-tech media which attracts many citizens and in two weeks the attendance of pupils doubled.
In addition
to
this
, the record of borrowed
books
was getting hard to be recorded by a librarian. Native comes and lends
books
for reading in which some of the publications were hard to be tracked. By having the latest resources to used keeping track of
books
will become an easier job for in charge of the
library
.
For example
, In Liaqat Hall
Library
, they keep records of borrowed
books
digitally and issue tickets in name of that citizen. Bringing
this
to an end, to keep one updated should learn how to deal with modernity. So, placing digital systems in public areas is a good initiative by the administration.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
