You are having a party and want to invite your friend from a different city.

Dear Chappu, I hope everything is going well for you. I am writing
this
 letter to invite you to the surprise party for my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary tomorrow. I am planning to invite more than 25 people on that day, and I will be preparing a few dishes by myself.
Additionally
, I have
also
 booked the party room of my apartment building to accommodate everyone. Since you live in North York, it might take you more than 1 hour to get here by public transport. As you know my apartment is very close to the Kennedy subway station, I would recommend you use the subway
instead
 of the bus.
Although
 the party will start at 7 PM sharp, I want you to come two hours before that to help me in arranging and organizing various things.
Further
, the day after tomorrow is Sunday, and I would really appreciate it if you could stay at my home on Sunday as well.

, I do have an extra mattress in my room, so you can sleep comfortably in my room on Saturday, and we will
