Research

Through an interdisciplinary research agenda, the Center for the Study of Conflict, Law and the Media seeks to create new knowledge about how media affect conflicts and their outcomes. The goal is to apply this knowledge in a way that:

  • improves the professional and ethical practices and standards in journalism;
  • encourages the constructive development of the rule of law; and
  • enhances citizen's participation in a democratic society.
